Weight tracker Wednesday!
Yep, it's Wednesday and it's busy! But not too busy to stop in and tell y'all I lost a pound this week! Actually I am thrilled. I have had such a great week! I have been consistent, I am really enjoying the high that comes with saying "no!" and feeling good about it. Sure there were a couple times that I remember going, hmmm... why did I eat that? But overall it has been a very successful week!
~ I have cut in half the amount of med I take for my back pain and it seems to be tolerating it okay.
~I am swimming almost every day.
~I have started walking( yes I said walking, my hamstring has not allowed me to even walk at a fitness-like pace for any extended amount of time for the past 7 months) and my hamstring is tolerating that too!
~Now I plan to swim 30 minutes a day and walk 30 minutes a day and try to work in some strength training here and there.
~I do wish this cold/cough thing would GO AWAY! But I don't let that be an excuse not to workout.
~Another book review is coming soon! Just a few pages to finish!
