Weight tracker Wednesday!?!?

Could it be I am actually getting back to it? YEP.
Actually in the middle of December I vowed to stop gaining and start losing.
I gained 8 pounds back since July. Right when I was at my lowest weight in years.
I STILL have a hamstring injury that has prevented ANY exercise whatsoever.
So without watching my "intake" closely, I of course, gradually gained weight.
I just kept thinking when I start running it will fall off.
BUT now after not running for over 5 months now.
I think that excuse is getting old.
SO SINCE December 15th I have lost 4.5 pounds!
YEP! I lost over Christmas week!
HE HE! I didn't bake as much. But no one noticed.
I took fruit and veggies wherever I went.
It paid off!
Now I gotta say that it is very much due to my signing up for WW online again!
Yes, I love their new points system! It MAKES me WANT fruits and veggies!
It is funny how things just snap in my thought processes and I am ready to eat healthy and appropriately again.
So I am losing about a pound and a half a week. Perfect. I like that!
I am TRYING to rehab my leg.
I am doing some light swimming at the gym.  We will see if I did too much today. It seems my leg tolerates very little. But I refuse to stop working at getting back to running. I LONG to get back to running. For now I cannot even walk on the treadmill without pain the next day. It does hurt to walk, but screams at me the next day or two.
I hope to go back to therapy soon too. Or at least call and have a chat with my awesome PT.
So there you have it! A true weight tracker update! I think I will go ice my hammy.

praying that things continue on as well! i'm struggling my way through the new points system, but I'm hopeful it will work for me. I too love the way it makes me look at fruits & veggies! :)

You can do it! We are starting back at school (and Wednesday is our weigh in day). The one time I did lose was through a program simliar to WW. I really should get back to it.
