Weight tracker Wednesday!

I promised y'all
I was gonna stop the silly eating
and get serious about losing this week.
And I did.
I counted points all week.
I worked out like crazy this week.
I ran 3.5 to 4 miles five days out of the week.
My legs are tired. But I WANT to run! I WANT to lose.
(I am really in a great frame of mind to lose again this next week.)

There were 12 chocolate twizzlers consumed this week.
In moderation.
I did not starve.
I just ate healthier and in smaller quantities.
Spring is here and it is unseasonable warm here,
so in an effort to get outside sooner...

FOUR! I lost 4!!!!

I really wanted 4 to 6 this week
and was sure, even yesterday,
that I just wasn't gonna get there!!!

I knew I usually do lose 4-6 the first week I "get back on track".
So now I need a goal for next week.
A reasonable one.
Like, I would just love 2 or 3 for next week!
We shall see!!!

Very impressive! That gives me hope. We started round 2 of our Biggest Loser. So after about a two week break, I am back on point. I am not exercising full mode yet due to a foot injury but I am working my way back to it I hope. And maybe, just maybe, I can lose a little too...keep sharing your successes!
