Weight tracker Wednesday!

Well, y'all, there was no change in my weight this week. BUT that might be due to the fact that I was not able to run for the past 5 days! I am hopefully over my injury and ready to run at this very moment!

I am going to run my first 5K this spring!! Fun! I think.....

I am sporting a new green running shirt I found a SAM'S of all places!

I just need to let my lunch settle before I hit the treadmill and start watching last night's episode of American Idol!

I ate brown rice, grilled chicken and broccoli with Asian Chili Sauce!
Yumm!
I am on a big "Chinese food" kick lately!

Any recipe suggestions, y'all?

Fun fact: This southern belle had never eaten Chinese food 'till I was a Senior in college!!! I still remember the shock on a friends face (Monte Clark, I think) when he I was asked if I wanted to go eat Chinese food, and I said... I dunno if I like Chinese food...." he is the guy who "set us up" on a blind date 16 years ago. Ahhh, memories!

I need the recipie for you Aisian Chili Sauce, I think you posted that a long time ago? I love Chinese too....You maintained even though you weren't running, that is great! :)

I have no Chinese recipes. I do love Chinese food. I don't think I ate it until well into adulthood. My favorite? PF Chang's. Yum. Now I am hungry. :)
