It's Wednesday!

Just knowing I am gonna post about my weight has been a great motivation. BUT
I still didn't always make the best eating choices this week.
I DID run!
A lot!
Almost every day!
And as a result.......
I gained nothing this week!
And lost nothing.
No big deal.
I stayed within the range I am given.
But they (Weight Watchers) allow you to go beyond, so I tried it.
Didn't work.
I need to go back to the range I was doing previously.
And I am very aware that some weeks just don't add up!
I do find that I am less motivated this week.
Today, I didn't want to get on the treadmill.
But I did.
I tell myself I don't have a choice.
And it felt good.
And it went fast.
And I got to watch TV.
I think TV is key for me to stay on the treadmill.
I like TV.
Today it was Dr. Phil.
Always interesting.
I ran for 30 minutes.
I am meeting at least some of my goals!

Glad to hear you're back in the game! I'm working on learning to live in the balance since making my goal. Haven't done well at this for the past few weeks, so back to the original game plan I, too, go! (It doesn't take much for my clothes to be uncomfortable. And I'm NOT buying another new wardrobe!)

if we're being is good to know that other people struggle too...i still found motivation in your post. It motivates me to work harder too...I, too didn't lose this week...
sigh...maybe next week. :)

You are a great motivator and you are sooooooooo positive, can you rub some of that off on me? A very not so good week for me, I need to let it go and use your "it isn't a choice" comment to myself!! :)
