Weight tracker Wednesday

Well, I have been sick and in bed much of the last week! While I was not able to exercise, I was not able to eat much either! Two pounds lighter! Yipee! I think most of the two pounds must have come out of my nose with this sinus infection!! Ha ha!
I recently realized that if I loose one more pound before my upcoming birthday I will hit a 40 pound weight loss on my 40th birthday! HA! How funny is that! Yep, at my heaviest I was 40 pounds beyond where I am now! Yikes!
Thank you Lord we have come this far!
