Weight tracker Wednesday!

oh yall! it's not good. I am facing the consequences of my actions..... unable to run as much this week, and yet....eating, eating eating.....sweets (ice cream), breads, Mcnuggets and fries......

2 pounds UP! oops! who knew two pounds could bounce back so quickly! ha ha!

so I am going to try running today. still struggling with an injury. we will see.

Side note:I still had an awesome awesome weekend! picture to come! maybe even a video if I can get it to load.

Side note again: we will see 40 degrees today!!!! and sunshine glorious sunshine. the anticipation for 50's and 60's and even 70's is killing me!!!!!! come on spring!!! come on!!

-going to lean on the Trident bubble gum a bit more than the ice cream this week. *smile*

Just don't give up!!! And it's so hard when you have an injury. Let it heal first!! =) Take it easy!

I went up half a pound this week. :( I have got to eat better. Starting tomorrow. I have some chocolate in the freezer waiting for me tonight. Oh, we hit the 40's today too in NWArk. I loved seeing sunshine. I too am ready for spring. Have a good week!
